After more than 2 months full of new experiences in India, I'm arriving in Bolpur to live probably the most
incredible one... Being an English teacher for small children full of energy and full of dreams... What a
beautiful challenge!
I didn't choose Bolpur at random... I went here 2 months ago for a mission of an other NGO in the health
sector and I directly fell in love with the place... So, when I discovered the first light NGO on the Internet, I
jumped at the opportunity..  All the more than the project is awesome..
After one week, here i am in the middle of the things..
We arrived from Kolkata after 2 hours of train and I remember quickly what I liked so much in this place...
The wild, beautiful wild, and those smiling people living in peace in the middle of the cows, the goats, the
sheep, the chicken,,,, The perfect simple life.. So dynamic but so quiet in the same time...
Bishnu took me to the apartment where I felt rapidly like at home... It's really clean and after a while in
Kolkata I didn't use to that anymore... Mala is there, cooking the dinner and it's smelt really good... The
taste is equal to the smell.. Delicious!
Today, Bishnu introduced me to the children.. As it's the first day, I was a little bit shy at the beginning but
the children made me feel confident after a really short time thanks to their smiles and their dynamism...
We played at the Bingo game and it was really fun.. A really good way to begin!
After that, we went hire a cycle for me and we came back at the apartment, after to have gone bought a
chicken what It almost made me become vegetarian... Here, you don't buy the chicken already died...
They cut his neck in front of you when you order, and you can see the body move during a while before
they begin to take out the skin... brrrrr
Tomorrow starts the class and all my attention in now on that... I can't wait to begin!
